Before renting this apartment, make sure to observe the fact that this is actually two apartments being rented out as one. What this means is that by renting out this spectacular apartment, you are getting two, two bedroom apartments, each with it's own entrance. Also, both are completely remodeled and refurnished! The perfect choice for groups that do not want to be separated!

The Rubiks apartment is a nice and taken care of four-bedroom apartment for up to 12 guests. Cutting edge, multicolored and abounding in design. With fast access to public transport, any place in the center can be reached in no time. The most substantial touristic areas such as the Vondel Park and the Leidse Square are within walking distance.

These apartments are positioned on the first and second floor of a typical building and both are divided over two floors covering 100 square meters each. The typical steep stairs means that this accommodation is not convenient for the elderly.

Layout of the apartments are as follows for the 1st apartment: the living room is on the first floor where a contemporary sofa awaits you around a coffee table. The sofa turns into a double sofa bed which sleeps two. Kick back and listen to your favorite tunes on the radio or catch a cable show using the digital flat screen. Fast Wireless internet is included for your entertainment or business purposes.

There are 2 dining's each with dining table with seating for 6 each directly connecting to the fully equipped open style kitchen. Two alluring chandeliers hang from the ceiling suppling ambient lighting. All the appliances are up to date and includes a gas stove, coffee maker, a dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge (and freezer) as well as all the utensils needed!

Ascending the staircases to the second floor leads you to the two bedrooms. One bedroom has a big double bed and the other bedroom has 2 single beds. Both have bedside tables and lamps. All sheets, pillows and bed linens will be provided during your stay. Closet storage is not a worry as there is plenty of space.

The first bathroom, with a super aptitude shower, wash sink and toilet can be found here as well as a separate washing machine and tumble dryer. Towels will be supplied.

The third and fourth floor is as follows: on the third floor an extensive and spacious living room with a chic sofa anticipates your arrival around a coffee table. The sofa changes into a double sofa bed where two guests can doze off on. Big windows can be opened up for fresh air and a hanging lamp from the ceiling provides a lot of light. Watch your favorite cable programs on the 26" digital flat screen or browse the many international channels.

The mahogany dining table with seating for 6 connects with the fully equipped open style kitchen. A beautiful chandelier suspends from the ceiling providing a well lit ambience. With all the latest appliances, this kitchen is geared for family cooking! Some gizmos include a gas stove, coffee maker and utensils!

Situated above the staircases is the second floor and the two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have double beds with bedside tables and lamps. Clean sheets, soft pillows, bed linens and blankets are provided during your stay. A wardrobe is available to store your clothes and keep them crisp.

The bathroom has a double wash sink, toilet and a spacious shower with bathtub. Warm towels will be provided.
