The house has 3 bedrooms. Each bedroom can sleep 2 persons each. Each bedroom comes with a double bed! For extra guests there are 2 single beds available. In the spacious living room you can enjoy the beautiful view that surrounds you. Another advantage of the house is the fully equipped kitchen. You have the possibility to prepare different kind of dishes and sit together in the dining area with your loved ones. It has an open kitchen where you can cook all of your favorite meals. You have everything at your disposition such as cooking utensils, a microwave for fast heating, a coffee maker for an early cup of coffee in the morning. There is a fridge to store your meats and poultry. Also, there is a dish washer for your convenience! In the house you can use the Wi-Fi Internet and digital TV. This spacious house is suitable for up to 8 people, so it’s perfect for a group of friends or families.

The lounge Area is truly gorgeous. From white couches and brown pillows. White Curtains with a brown back drop. White floor tiles to wooden cabinets and floors! It's like being in Heaven! Please be aware that the apartment is not close to the city center, but there are many trams and buses available!

Please note the following conditions:

-Late check-in from 6pm-10pm is 25 Euro, check-in after 10pm is 50 Euro.
-Early check in from 8am -12am is 25 Euro. (Only in cases where there is no guests checking-out the same day).
-Late check-out after 12 is 50 Euro. (In cases where nobody is coming to the apartment same day).
-Baby cot for requests 50 Euro.
