Tram number 9 passes right in front of the building, and jumping on that will take you to the centre in about 10-15 minutes. Once you arrive, you can explore Dam Square, the Red Light district and the many excellent museums found in Amsterdam that will blow you away. Additional to the lovely canals, restaurants, cafés, and bars which the city offers. Staying here, you will have the ideal combination of having a busy shopping street on one side of the apartment and a quiet green area by the back.

One quick flight of easy steps brings you to the main entrance of front door on the first floor. On the corridor you will find a guest toilet and a laundry room where you can wash your clothes. From the corridor you enter the studios: Linneausstraat Studio B is perfect for a couple. The place to spend your anniversary with your loved one. It can optionally host up to 4 persons in total adding two extra single beds upon request. It consists of a large living sleeping area with a double bed and a luxurious 12m2 bathroom.

Please note the following conditions:
-Late check-in from 6pm-10pm is 25 Euro, check-in after 10pm is 50 Euro.
-Early check in from 8am -12am is 25 Euro. (Only in cases where there is no guests checking-out the same day).
-Late check-out after 12 is 50 Euro. (In cases where nobody is coming to the apartment same day).
-Baby cot for requests 50 Euro.
