The Rembrandt Park is really nice, lovely and much more quieter than other parks. Inside, there is a small children's zoo and you are near the Kinkerstraat, a great area for shopping. If you are at the end of Overtoom, which is farthest from Leidseplein Square, you can walk it in 30 minutes or take a tram and get there in 10 minutes.

The living room is big, fresh, exclusive and connects with the open kitchen/dining area and the bedroom as well. Here you will find a sofa that can be transformed into a double bed, a coffee table with a chessboard for entertainment, a TV for amusement purposes, a DVD player. This room is full of natural light thanks to the huge windows and it is really spacious, 50m2 total floor area. If privacy is a concern, you can alway's close the curtains. With multiple artwork on the walls, the place really comes alive!

The connected dining room has a dining table and four chairs. The windows open up so that you can sit along side of it with your cup of coffee to watch the tranquil sunrise.

The open kitchen has all the cooking utensils needed to prepare meals using the oven and gas stove. There is a fridge to store your groceries and a microwave for quick heating. Once you finish eating, boil some water for a cup of instant coffee and enjoy the rest of the day!

The bathroom is separate from the bedroom, providing complete privacy for all. With new fixtures and tiles, it provides a bright light with a mirror, sink, toilet and towel rail. All fresh towels will be provided for each individual.

The master bedroom is carpeted and contains a very comfortable double bed for two guests. A stylish bed side lamp gives off light to read during the night and there is plenty of closet storage. Beautiful flower paintings add to the tranquility of this bedroom. Start your morning with a breath a fresh air by opening the window next to the bed. Clean bed linens, soft bed sheets and warm blankets are included.

-Late check-in from 6pm-10pm is 25 Euro, check-in after 10pm is 50 Euro.
-Early check in from 8am -12am is 25 Euro. (Only in cases where there is no guests checking-out the same day).
-Late check-out after 12 is 50 Euro. (In cases where nobody is coming to the apartment same day).
-Baby cot for requests 50 Euro.
