What our guests say
Despite the apartment being quite small it was very well layed out and decorated. It felt spacious and comfortable. The view onto Dam square was beautiful and because of its location we were close to everything and it was very easy to walk to all the interesting places around Amsterdam. The land-lady was incredibly nice and helpful from the first moment we arrived she gave us a map and showed us some advice and tips about what to see, where to go etc... Another important aspect: the shower. There is nothing worse than coming back to a room or apartment on a cold day to find that the shower doesn\'t work properly. But the Dam square panoramic provided us with hot strong showers everyday! The only disadvantage to the apartment is its steep narrow staircase, so if you are planning on bringing big suitcases make sure you have some strong men with you to carry everything up and down. We had a wonderful wonderful stay here and i highly recommend it. Maya Knight

Kerkstraat Exclusive
LEIDSE SQUARE - The Kerkstraat Exclusive holiday apartment is the first out of two apartments located in the same building. It is located behind the famous Leidse square also known as the Leidseplein. Leidseplein is a very active tram crossroad and center for after hours. Known for Amsterdam's attractive nightlife, there are cinemas where you catch a flick with your loved one, loads of cafes where you can have a cup of hot coffee, restaurants and establishments where your taste buds can indulge in as well as gambling organizations where you can have fun playing the slots. Be sure to check out the Lido theatre which has live entertainment and music centers such as the Paradiso and Melkweg.
This spectacular holiday apartment that measures 75 m2 is divided into two floors with traditional wooden flooring throughout and provides a lot of space. This means that you will have to climb up some steep steps to get to the apartment. Inside, the kitchen/living room, apart from the fact that it is luxurious, is located on the first floor of this apartment. Completely equipped from the cooking utensils that you can use to cook all your favorite recipes to an over head with lights that is a helpful ally when cooking. Also, you will find a big dining table that you can sit around and eat on with a big and elegant chandelier that hangs from the ceiling providing ample lighting. A walk in closet to put away your clothes with out it getting wrinkled is a plus and a separate bathroom and toilet with shower separate from the bedroom means privacy! Two single beds can be found in the living area and a single mattress can be provided for a fifth guest.
Up the short steep flight of steps you will find the bedroom. You can't help to notice the couch where you and your invited can sit and watch TV. The bedroom has two single beds to relax on with bed side lamps and tables where you can read a book during the night and set your drink down upon. If you need some fresh air, step out on to the balcony! The balcony is shared between apartments which may mean new friends!
