This Villa is close to the excitement of Amsterdam in the lavish Beethovenstraat neighborhood, better known as the "Gold Coast". This area is full of stylish boutiques and good feeling restaurants. It is within walking distance from the congress center The RAI, musea and colorful street markets.

***Please note the following: Not suitable for those with cat or dog allergies as there are pets in the house but not in the room. So bring your allergy pills please. The villa is full of erotic paintings, Private dinner and cocktail parties can be arranged with the Hostess and her chef, who also happens to be her own loving husband. Xaviera’s specialty is communication so on request she will give combination dinners with lectures on “how to become a better lover” ***

The David room is a cozy room that sleeps two. Containing a king-sized bed, radio and television. A shared shower/toilet is located in the hall. Eventually these beds can be separated into two twin beds, but usually two people prefer to use it as one big king size bed!
