AMSTERDAM OOST AND WATERGRAAFSMEER - The ABC Apartment is named after conceivably the most famous of the Jackson 5's songs and although you won't find any relics of the King of Pop, you will be staying in a great two bedroom Holiday Apartment. Positioned in the Amsterdam Oost & Watergraafsmeer area, you will be in a safe neighborhood and only 15 minutes away with the tram on the Transvaalstraat from the Center. Being in this area means that you will find many local services and listings such as a massage therapist, shops, restaurants, obstetricians and there are plenty of cute cafes and shops in the area for you to enjoy and explore. If you need a taxi, the cost from the apartment to the Central Station is about 12-13 Euros max and to the airport, 42-45 Euros max.

The ABC-Apartment measures a considerate 65 square meters providing plenty of space for up to six guests in this Holiday Vacation Rental. Made up entirely of wooden floors, the living room is comfortably furnished with a sofa that turns into a comfortable double bed for two guests to sleep on. Also, an armchair is provided that is fit for a King or Queen to sit on. A coffee table is placed in the middle where you can set your cups down of morning coffee or glass of wine and gather around to watch T.V. A beautiful lamp hangs from the ceiling as well as picture frames that blends in with the decor of the apartment. Ample lighting is provided in the apartment. The fully equipped kitchen comes with white counter tops and tiles. Luxuries include a gas stove and an oven to help you prepare meals. All cutlery is provided to serve on and eat with. A beautiful matching dining table is provided to sit around and eat with your loved ones with six chairs. After your hefty meal, you can pop everything into the dish washer and if you have any stains on your shirt or pants, no fret! Put it into the washing machine that is also in the apartment! Once you return, head to your bedrooms, four single delightful beds await you for a restful night.

Please note the following conditions:
-Late check-in from 6pm-10pm is 25 Euro, check-in after 10pm is 50 Euro.
-Early check in from 8am -12am is 25 Euro. (Only in cases where there is no guests checking-out the same day).
-Late check-out after 12 is 50 Euro. (In cases where nobody is coming to the apartment same day).
-Baby cot for requests 50 Euro.
