AMSTERDAM BEACH - The Apartment Peter Martensstraat is a fresh and modern apartment/house found on the new Ijburg area within walking distance of Amsterdam's beach. A maximum of eight people can sleep in this large space, which measures a spacious total of 120 metres, so this is a great choice for a large family or group of friends.This area is well serviced by trams and buses, so getting around will be easy for you. Getting to the city centre takes about 20 minutes on the tram, and once there you can visit all the museums and attractions which Amsterdam has to offer. Amsterdam beach and the IJmeer lake are just 3 minutes from your temporary home.

The apartment is laid out over two levels and consists of 3 bedrooms (two with double beds and two with single beds), a spacious living room with a large TV and beautiful views, an open plan kitchen with all the utensils and facilities you'll need, one bathroom, and one WC. Breakfast isn't included in the price, though with your own kitchen you have the freedom to prepare whatever you'd like to eat yourself. Other things you'll find in this apartment include a balcony, washing machine, fridge, tumble dryer and towels and sheets.

Due to the fact that the apartment is divided over two levels, it may not be suitable for the elderly.

-Late check-in from 6pm-10pm is 25 Euro, check-in after 10pm is 50 Euro.
-Early check in from 8am -12am is 25 Euro. (Only in cases where there is no guests checking-out the same day).
-Late check-out after 12 is 50 Euro. (In cases where nobody is coming to the apartment same day).
