The Brouwersgracht four bedroom Canal House perfect for up to 8 guests is an ideal 17th century Amsterdam canal house located in the western canal ring near the Central Station. Consisting of 5 floors and a backhouse with a majority of it's original details, please note that you will have to climb steep steps and it may not be suitable for the elderly or handicapped impaired.

Walking into the basement of the apartment on the first floor leads you through the entrance of this remarkable apartment. Facing you is the fully equipped kitchen. Such appliances in the kitchen that will make cooking a pleasure is a fridge, microwave, cooking utensils as well as a dishwasher. Once the food is ready, sit around the dining table with seating for 6 and eat in the dining area. As a plus, there is a one toilet on this floor as well as the utility room.

Moving up some steep steps to the second floor takes you into the living room where you can watch TV. Fixed internet connection makes it possible to stay in contact with your family and is very useful for business purposes. If you arrive with children there is a play corner that is perfect for these little tykes!

Making your way to the third floor leads you to the first of two bedrooms with two separate single beds in each one. Whilst on the fourth floor you will find the third bedroom ensuite with two single separate beds. The bathroom with toilet and separate shower is very large and provides all with privacy.

Ascending the fifth and final floor you will discover the 4th bedroom which has a doublebed and a third toilet.

Extras: WIFI on all floors. Bedside tables and lamps. Sheets, blankets, bed linens and towels are provided.

-Late check-in from 6pm-10pm is 25 Euro, check-in after 10pm is 50 Euro.
-Early check in from 8am -12am is 25 Euro. (Only in cases where there is no guests checking-out the same day).
-Late check-out after 12 is 50 Euro. (In cases where nobody is coming to the apartment same day).
-Baby cot for requests 50 Euro
