***Please note that this apartment is located on the first floor of a typical building and the apartment itself is divided over three floors. This means that there are steep steps in the building and it may not be suitable for the elderly or handicapped impaired***

On the first floor of the apartment you will find the wooden floor welcoming you into the living area. Elegant couches the color of pitch black during the night with matching rug, curtains and lamps adorn this area. Sit around the coffee table to program the days activities.

Connected is the dining area as well as the open style kitchen with seating for five. A fascinating stone sculpture with the carvings “T’IS NIET ANDERS” and “1698” will make you ponder. The tasteful decoration is consistent throughout the whole room.

The kitchen has everything you need to cook up some tasty meals. This includes silverware, a microwave, fridge, microwave, kettle, and gas stove.

On the second floor of the apartment, the broad bedroom with a double bed is a sanctuary of peace. For additional comfort, side tables, lamps and a vintage wooden wardrobe that adds to the elegant décor of the apartment has been placed. .

The Bathroom is also on the second floor of the apartment. It has a bathtub, a sink, a shower and a toilet. Linens and towels are provided for all guests staying in this apartment.

On the last floor there is the second bedroom with a double bed. Please note that this floor is the roof and it is shaped like a triangle and not so big. There are bed side lamps and a wall picture. Sheets, linen and blankets will be provided.

Please note the following conditions:

There is a security (damage/key) deposit of Euro 250 refundable on departure. This deposit will be refund by Bank Transfer or Pay Pal account. Cash refund is available under the condition of extra 30 euros payment at check in.

-Late check-in from 6pm - 10pm is 30 Euro, check-in after 10pm is 50 Euro.
-Early check in from 10am - 3pm is 30 Euro. (Only in cases where there is no guests checking-out the same day).
-Late check-out after 12 is 50 Euro. (In cases where nobody is coming to the apartment same day).
