This splendid holiday vacation rental apartment offers a pleasant living space, dining and sleeping areas and big windows allowing natural sunlight during the day into the apartment. There is also a roof terrace that you can step out on to enjoy the weather. The apartment is comfortably furnished and equipped with central heating and high speed WiFi Internet access.

Measuring 90 square meters, the main entrance is on the second floor and the apartment is divided over two floors. What this means is that outside and inside of the apartment, there are typical Amsterdam stairs and they are steep. This is not suitable for the elderly and handicapped impaired.

On the second floor, you will find the living room with wooden floors throughout. Decorated with a cool painting on the wall and furnished with a huge type-l sofa, coffee table, a television and lamps. The big windows can easily be closed with the curtains, providing absolute privacy and a door can be swung open to allow fresh air in. It's perfect to stand out on to look at all the people passing by!

The adjacent dining room has a large matchng wooden table and chairs to comfortably seat 5 guests and is connected to the well equipped kitchen. Here you will find all the cooking utenslis as well as cutlery for all of your guests. The kitchen has all the gizmos you can possibly imagine. Some of those ammenities includes a dishwasher, microwave oven, stove with gas burners, coffee maker and dishwasher. There is also a door to the balcony from the kitchen.

The bedroom on the second floor has two single beds with bedside tables and lamps. It comes with it's own with shower with glass windows and toilet. Once again, there are big windows with curtains that you can close for privacy.

Up the steep steps to the third floor is the second bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom which includes bathtub and shower with it's own toilet and washbasin.

The fifth guest can sleep comfortably on a single bed which can be placed in one of the bedrooms.

During your stay, you will have complete usage of a washing machine and dryer for additional benefits. All bed linen and towels are provided for everyone. Smoking is allowed on the roof terrace and the balcony but not in the apartment. In the living room you can watch over 600 channels on the flat screen t.v.!
