The Utopia Garden Holiday Apartment is the place to be if you want to avoid the crowds and to spend a quiet night out with local flavor. In this splendid holiday apartment, you can relax on the sofa that turns into a double bed. Here, you will also find four single beds to sleep on. One really cool feature is that the roof in the living room is made out of glass so you have a real glass roof! The bedroom has a double bed where a couple can take the room and have complete privacy. The balcony is not accessible.

The kitchen is fully equipped and geared towards family cooking. No need to worry about dishes! Just drop them into the dish washer, press the button and continue enjoying your holiday! Save some money on your dry cleaning, this apartment provides you with a washer and a dryer. Wrinkle's are a thing of the past, since ironing equipment is provided for you. The bathroom has a bathtub and shower. It is not in the bedroom, so everyone can use it. Smoking is allowed but only in the garden that you can hang out on.

There is a security (damage/key) deposit of Euro 250 refundable on departure. This deposit will be refund by Bank Transfer or Pay Pal account. Cash refund is available under the condition of extra 30 euros payment at check in.

-Late check-in from 6pm - 10pm is 30 Euro, check-in after 10pm is 50 Euro.
-Early check in from 10am - 3pm is 30 Euro. (Only in cases where there is no guests checking-out the same day).
-Late check-out after 12 is 50 Euro. (In cases where nobody is coming to the apartment same day).
