VONDEL PARK ~ Looking for an extravagant one bedroom apartment with style and character?

This beautifully renovated apartment pertaining to a style of architecture and art originating in Italy in the early 17th century is situated in a historic building along a canal, directly opposite the most popular park in Amsterdam, the Vondelpark.

Measuring 90 square meters and built in 1898 some of the old architectural details still remains. This apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests! Please take precaution as this apartment is divided over two floors and it may not be suitable for the elderly or handicapped impaired.

Neighbourhood and Location:
Taking the tram, train or bus is easy because the stops are all close by. Reaching the Amsterdam centre is just a mere ten minutes away by bike or tram ride. Being on a quiet street, you can have the peace and tranquiity you desire and still enjoy the benefits of the location of this apartment.

Live a little and spend a little while hunting for bargains on the main shopping street in the area of Overtoom which starts just at the other side of the canal. This spirited street has many shops, restaurants and bars to choose from.

Living Area:
A large and extensive living room has incredible views of the canal, the Vondelpark and the Overtoom; the main street that leads directly into town centre. There is a television, radio and CD player that can be used for entertainment purposes. The open style kitchen is next to the dining room. An open staircase halfway along the living room leads to the top floor. An old cylinder desk is a reminder of the period the house was built in.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave oven, mixer, blender, coffee machine, orange press, hot plates etc. Cooking has never been easier and so much fun! All in all, a well equipped kitchen!

Bathroom:
Separated is the large bathroom with bath, sink and separate shower. It is located halfway along the living room. An extra sink has been placed on the top floor.

Bedroom:
The bedroom is large and aerial due to the wooden construction. With a double bed and two single beds (which can be pushed together), you and your guests will sleep very comfortable. There is a small balcony with views over the canal and Vondelpark making it a very romantic scenery. The large sofa bed in the living room allows the room to be turned into a huge bedroom. This means that a total of 6 people can comfortably share this apartment.

Intercom, floor heating in the bathroom, fast WIFI internet connection, washing machine, dryer, iron.

-Late check-in from 6pm-10pm is 25 Euro, check-in after 10pm is 50 Euro.
-Early check in from 8am -12am is 25 Euro. (Only in cases where there is no guests checking-out the same day).
-Late check-out after 12 is 50 Euro. (In cases where nobody is coming to the apartment same day).
-Baby cot for requests 50 Euro.
