This apartment was very nice and was pretty much as advertised. The location was excellent, very close to the Leidesplein and tram stops. We really enjoyed the very open floor plan, which provided lot of space for our family of five. The beds were comfortable and all the furnishings were nice. The only negative part of our experience, and the reason I wouldn't rate this apartment as five stars, is the difficulty we experienced in checking in to the apartment. We were provided a greeter name and contact information and instructed to call this person one day prior to our arrival. We called multiple times the day prior and day of arrival, but never contacted anyone. After calling the home office and waiting several hours outside the central station, I was instructed to find the office several blocks from the station. After some difficulty, we finally managed to get checked in and secure keys to the apartment. Also, the wifi wasn't orginally working and required several phone calls and a visit by an Amsterhome individual. However, other than the check in experience, the apartment and location were excellent.
